Tiha Peytchev

Tiha began practising yoga after she moved to Southern India with her family  when her husband, Peter, was transferred for his work. She studied Yoga in the traditional methods of the South for over 10 years. Her knowledge and technique was gained from learning from some of the best Yoga teachers in India.  Tiha was encouraged to start teaching and it was a natural progression just as their return to Europe after 13 years in India.

Vinyasa Krama

The origins of Yoga go back to ancient India nearly 3000 years ago. Yoga is a collection of physical, mental and spiritual practices often associated with Hindu and Buddist practices. Today, many yoga classes focus on the physical health rewards but there is also a mental peace that comes with practice which can lead to spiritual benefits. Unique Yoga promotes Vinyasa Krama yoga. This is a series of yoga positions or postures performed in a flowing movement from simple to more complicated positions. Each position in linked with transitional movements syncronised by deep and controlled breathing. It is ideal for students at all levels, including novices.
